Do pilates and support China's poorest communities. pilates teacher Maricha Dumont has teamed up with Nathalie Alauzen, founder of MDK gym, to launch the first charity pilates festival in China.
Throughout last Sunday, April 28, at Bellevilloise's reason, participants will find the richness of pilates, and try to create style pilates, to acropilates through pilates reformer or hip hop. Beginners will be able to test different types of exercises, and beginners will open their eyes - and their chakras - by exploring the mind and body of this universe.
